UK Installation & G98
The UK Venus E 3.0 is supplied with an 800W default grid output configuration and the MST-BIE5-0800 is registered for G98.
For UK installations, the Venus E 3.0 should be hardwired into a suitable electrical circuit by a suitably qualified electrician, rather than connected to a standard household socket.
The system is AC-coupled, meaning it can charge from the grid and can also store surplus electricity generated by an existing solar PV system. Solar panels do not connect directly to the Venus E 3.0.
